CO/CQ document requests

You may ask TESFA to check the availability of CO, CQ, catalogues, datasheets, manuals or related acceptance documents. Availability and format depend on the item code, shipment and supplier.

Document requirements should be stated in the quotation request and confirmed again before ordering. TESFA does not automatically guarantee CO/CQ for every catalogue item unless the quotation or agreement specifically includes it.

When documents arrive, compare the item code, manufacturer, quantity or batch against your internal requirements. Contact TESFA if you need to clarify the scope or document format.
