Delivery information

Please provide the delivery location, recipient, contact number and expected date required. For factories or industrial parks, include any access rules, receiving hours or delivery-document requirements.

Lead time, method, carrier and delivery cost are confirmed in the quotation, purchase order, contract or another agreement accepted by both parties. The website does not show real-time stock or automatically guarantee a delivery date.

On receipt, check the package count, packaging condition, item codes and accompanying documents. If anything appears unusual, note it with the carrier and send TESFA photos so we can help resolve it.
