CUSTOMER INFORMATION
How to provide and confirm company details for invoicing when a transaction takes place.
Last updated: 07/10/2026
Provide the correct legal entity name, tax identification number, address and invoice email from your company records. Avoid sending unnecessary invoice details while only browsing products and before a transaction exists.
Invoice timing and content follow the actual transaction and applicable regulations. Information entered in a quotation form does not automatically replace invoicing details confirmed by both parties.
If you find an error, notify TESFA promptly and provide the relevant records so we can review the available correction process. Timing and options depend on the invoice status and transaction records.
